Dinner packages

You can do your own catering or we can provide you with a variety of packages. All meals are divided into a gold, silver and bronze package. The packages can be mixed as you like and you can easily choose bronze for breakfast, silver for lunch and gold for dinner. However, all guests must choose the same package during one meal — it’s not possible to choose both gold, silver and bronze for a single meal.

If you wish to take advantage of our catering service, your package must be set and booked prior to your stay. We also have a great selection of Italian wines and other drinks that you can add in addition to your package.

All prices listed are per guest per meal and includes table setting, serving and cleaning.

Prosecco, Aperol or Hugo Spritz, assorted fruit juices, still and sparkling water | Venere black rice with marinated sea bream fillets, white fish with guacamole, tarta of Fassona beef with capers and Dijon mustard or mini sandwiches with felino salami and an artichoke sauce

Smoked goose breast with blueberry sauce and brioches or buffalo ricotta mousse with cuttlefish filange and a prawn and mussel sauce

First Course

Spaghetti alla Gricia (an iconic pasta dish from the Lazio region, comprised of guanciale (cured pork jowl), Pecorino Romano and black pepper) or tagliolini Campofilone all'astice (pasta with lobster)

Second Course

Tournedos of Chianina beef with Colonnata lard and fennel mornay or sea food with fresh fruit and vegetables of the season

Dessert

Meringue with forest fruits

Culatello ham from Zibello with burrata cheese, fresh tomatoes and toasted pinenuts or octopus with a cream of peas and asparagus

First Course

Ravioli stuffed with Tropea onions and parmesan aged for 36 months or linguini pasta with prawns and slipper lobster

Second Course

Filet steak with red peppercorns and porcini or sea bass in a crust of Cervia salt with a courgettes and leek tart
