Lunch packages

You can do your own catering or we can provide you with a variety of packages. All meals are divided into a gold, silver and bronze package. The packages can be mixed as you like and you can easily choose bronze for breakfast, silver for lunch and gold for dinner. However, all guests must choose the same package during one meal — it’s not possible to choose both gold, silver and bronze for a single meal.

If you wish to take advantage of our catering service, your package must be set and booked prior to your stay. We also have a great selection of Italian wines and other drinks that you can add in addition to your package.

Carpaccio of Chianina beef with selected herb, pear and parmesan shavings or panzanella with Tuscan bread, marinated king prawns and burrata cheese

First Course

Risotto with pecorino cheese from the Garfagnana cooked in a Chianti sauce or ravioli with prawns, cream of courgettes bottarga and olive oil from Lucca

Second Course

Tagliata of Kobe beaf with tomato graten or fresh diced red tuna in stir fried with sesame seeds served with caramelised Tropea onions and stracciatella cheese

Dessert

Puff pastry filled with cream and pine nuts

Assortment of salami Lucchesi with crostini (grilled or toasted bread with various toppings) and Pecorino cheese or parcels of baking parchment with sea food

First Course

Paccheri (large tubes of pasta originated from the Campania region) with a cream of buttered courgettes and tomato confit or risotto with fruits of the sea

Second Course

Tagliata of beef (roughly sliced) with vegetable graten or swordfish with olives and capers

Dessert

Strawberries with vanilla ice cream
